Attestation Link Access Log
Executive Summary
Attestation Link Access Log is an audit list of attempts to open attestation signing links. Compliance and administrative staff choose a date range (today by default) and optionally one or more results to see which signing links were opened, from which IP address, and whether each attempt succeeded.

- Filter access attempts by date range and by result
- Review the application, time, IP address, signing link URL, result and signature ID of each attempt
- Investigate failed or unexpected access to attestation signing links
Typical Workflow
- Open the page. It shows today's access attempts, newest first.
- Choose a different date range in Choose a Range if needed.
- Optionally select one or more values in Filter Result(s).
- Click Apply Filter to refresh the list.
- Review the grid and page through the results (14 rows per page).

Main Grid
The grid lists the signing-link access attempts that fall in the selected date range and match the selected results, newest first (14 rows per page).
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Application | Application that recorded the access attempt. |
| Added | Date and time of the attempt, shown in your time zone. |
| IP Address | IP address that opened the signing link. |
| Signing Link URL | The signing link that was accessed. |
| Result | Outcome of the access attempt. |
| Signature ID | Identifier of the signature associated with the link. |
Main Grid Filters
| Filter | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Choose a Range | Limits the list to attempts between the start and end dates. Defaults to today. A warning is shown if either date is missing. |
| Filter Result(s) | Limits the list to one or more results. The choices are the results found in the log; Select All and unSelect All are available. |
Click Apply Filter to refresh the list. Use Clear Filter to reset the result filter and reload the list for the current date range.
