Claim Attestation Templates

Executive Summary

Claim Attestation Templates is the setup screen where administrators maintain the templates used to build claim attestation forms. A template has a name and description, a list of detail settings (fixed text, form context field tags, or a signature image) that supply the content of the form, and a list of tasks, each with the interventions that can be attested for that task. From the main list you add and delete templates and open a template to maintain its details and the interventions under each task.

Key Features

  • List all claim attestation templates with their ID, name, description, discontinued flag, and who published and added them
  • Add a new template with a name and description, and delete templates that are no longer needed
  • Edit a template's name and description
  • Maintain the template's detail settings: text values, form context field tags, or an uploaded signature image
  • Review the template's tasks, grouped by category, with the number of interventions on each
  • Add, edit, and delete the interventions for a task

Typical Workflow

  1. Click Add, enter a Name and Description, and click Save.
  2. Click the edit icon on the new template (or right-click it and choose Edit) to open it.
  3. On the Details tab, click Add to create each detail setting. Choose a Content Type of Text, Form Context Field, or Signature, fill in the value that appears, and click Save.
  4. On the Tasks tab, right-click a task and choose Interventions (or click the interventions icon) to add, edit, or delete the interventions for that task, then click Close.
  5. Use the back arrow next to the page title to return to the list of templates.
