Groups
Executive Summary
Groups lists the client groups held in AlayaCare and lets administrators decide how each group is used by other features of the system. The list is brought in from AlayaCare with Refresh from AlayaCare; the group name, description, and disabled flag always come from AlayaCare and cannot be changed here. For each group an administrator can assign an integration type (Collated Documents or Transportation) and choose whether the group is included in travel premiums and in the facility/employee availability views.

Processing Overviews
This section describes what happens after you confirm a processing action.
Refresh from AlayaCare
- A "Refresh Groups" progress panel opens.
- The system signs in to AlayaCare. If sign-in fails, "Alaya Login Failed" is shown and nothing changes.
- It reads all groups from AlayaCare. If AlayaCare reports an error, that message is shown and nothing changes.
- For each group, in turn: a group not yet known is added (name, description limited to 200 characters, disabled flag); a known group whose name, description, or disabled flag differs is updated. Integration type and the two include flags are never changed by the refresh.
- The list is reloaded.
