Program Types
Executive Summary
Program Types is the reference list of program types that come from AlayaCare. Administrators refresh the list and confirm each program type's display name, key, and its couples billing, enabled and taxable flags, which are used on billing screens. The list is read-only and is maintained by refreshing it from AlayaCare.

Typical Workflow
- Open Program Types to review the current list.
- Click Refresh from AlayaCare after program types have changed in AlayaCare.
- Confirm the Enabled, Taxable and Couples Billing flags.

Main Grid
The grid lists the program types, ordered by program type key (9 rows per page). It cannot be edited.

Processing Overviews
This section describes what happens after you confirm a processing action.
Refresh from AlayaCare
- Opens a progress panel titled Refresh Program Types.
- Reloads the current list, then signs in to AlayaCare if needed. If sign-in fails, nothing is refreshed.
- Reads all program types from AlayaCare.
- For each program type, the panel shows "Processing Program Type" with its name and its position in the list.
- Adds program types that are not yet in the list. For those already in the list, overwrites the Program Type, UI Name, Couples Billing, Enabled and Taxable values with the AlayaCare values.
- Reloads the grid and closes the panel.
