Status Reasons
Executive Summary
Status Reasons is the reference list of status reasons that come from AlayaCare (for example the reasons a client is placed on hold or discharged). Administrators refresh the list from AlayaCare, filter it by code or description, and for on-hold and discharged reasons map each one to an OHRS category and OHRS account used in OHRS reporting.

Typical Workflow
- Click Refresh From AlayaCare to bring in new or changed status reasons.
- Optionally enter text in Filter Code and/or Filter Description and click Apply Filter.
- Click the edit icon on a row (or right-click the row and choose Edit).
- Choose the Category and the OHRS account (shown as Waiting Detail, Discharge Reasons or Assessment Complete - Outcomes), then click Save.

Main Grid
The grid lists the status reasons, ordered by code (14 rows per page). The first four columns stay in place when scrolling sideways.

| Branch | Branch the status reason belongs to. |
| Code | Status reason code. |
| Description | Status reason description. |
| Read Only | Checked when the reason is read-only in AlayaCare. |
| Leave Type | Leave type, when one is set. |
| Status | Status the reason applies to (for example on_hold or discharged). |
| Category | OHRS category, shown as code and description. |
| OHRS Account | OHRS account, shown as code and description. |
| Manage Records | Edit icon that opens the status reason. |
Main Grid Filters

Click Apply Filter to refresh the list. Use Clear Filter to reset the filters.

Dialog Components
Status Reason
Opens when a row is edited. The title shows the status reason code and status. Under the heading OHRS SA Mapping, the dropdowns offered depend on the status of the reason. They are cleared by the clear icon, and each is shown only when it has options. Save stores the mapping; Cancel closes without saving.

Processing Overviews
This section describes what happens after you confirm a processing action.
Refresh From AlayaCare
- Opens a progress panel titled Refresh Status Reasons.
- Signs in to AlayaCare if needed. If sign-in fails, nothing is refreshed.
- Reads all status reasons from AlayaCare.
- For each status reason, the panel shows its code and its position in the list.
- Adds status reasons that are not yet in the list, with their code, description, branch, read-only flag and status. For status reasons already in the list, overwrites the code, description, read-only flag and status with the AlayaCare values. The category and OHRS account you chose are left as they are.
- Reloads the grid and closes the panel.
