Transportation Sheet Templates
Executive Summary
Transportation Sheet Templates is the setup list of templates that describe which pieces of information appear on a transportation sheet. Each template has a code, description and version, and a list of details. Each detail names an attribute of the sheet and says whether its content is a fixed text value or a field taken from an AlayaCare form. This screen is a maintenance screen: all users with access can review the templates and their details, but adding, changing and deleting is limited to a restricted group of support users.

Typical Workflow
- Review the list of templates on the main grid.
- Right-click a row and choose Edit (restricted users) to open the template and see its details.
- In the template, click Add to create a detail, or edit or delete an existing one.
- Choose a Content Type of Text and type the Text Value, or Form Context Field and pick the field, then click Save.
- Click Close to return to the list.
Available Permissions
The following permissions are available to be assigned to AlayaCare Roles:

The Add buttons and the edit and delete icons are shown only to a restricted group of support users, regardless of the permissions assigned.
Main Grid
The grid lists the transportation sheet templates (9 rows per page, sorted by code).

| Delete (row icon, or right-click a row) | After you confirm "Are you sure you want to delete this detail?", deletes the template. The icon is shown to restricted users only. |
Dialog Components
Add Template
Opens from Add. Enter a Code, Description and Version (all three are required: a warning "Code is required", "Description is required" or "Version is required" is shown otherwise) and click Save. The new template is saved and opens straight away so you can add its details. Cancel closes the dialog.
Transportation Sheet Template
Opens from Edit on a row, or after a new template is saved. The Code, Description and Version are shown read-only above the list of details. Close returns to the main grid, which refreshes.

Details — Grid Actions

Detail
Opens from Add or Edit on the details list. Click Save to store the detail, or Cancel to close without saving.
