Activity Codes
Executive Summary
Activity Codes is a setup screen for the visit activity codes held in AlayaCare. Administrators refresh the list from AlayaCare, then link each code to a premium code (with a premium helper quantity) and set the OHRS values used in reporting: the scheduled entry multiplier, the statistical account entry, and the override statistical account mapping levels from the client perspective. The grid also shows the OHRS scheduled entry multiplier and statistical account entry set for each code. The list can be filtered and exported to Excel.

Typical Workflow
- Click Refresh from AlayaCare when activity codes have changed in AlayaCare.
- Filter by code or description if needed, then click Apply Filter.
- Click Edit on a row (or right-click the row and choose Edit) to open the Activity Code dialog.
- On the General tab, click Edit, choose the premium code and quantity, and click Save.
- On the OHRS tab, click Edit, set the OHRS values, and click Save.
- Click Close, then Export if you need a spreadsheet copy.

The following permissions are available to be assigned to AlayaCare Roles:

Main Grid
The grid lists the activity codes (14 rows per page). The first three columns stay in view at the left, and Manage Records stays in view at the right, when scrolling sideways.

Main Grid Filters

| Filter Code | Limits the list to codes containing the text entered (not case-sensitive). |
| Filter Description | Limits the list to descriptions containing the text entered (not case-sensitive). |
Click Apply Filter to refresh the list. Use Clear Filter to reset both filters.
Actions

Dialog Components
Activity Code
Opens from Edit. The AlayaCare ID, activity code and description are shown at the top (read-only). Changes are made through the Edit button on each tab, which opens a smaller dialog. Click Close (or the close icon) when finished; the grid then reloads.

General
The tab shows the current values (read-only). Click Edit to open the General dialog.

In the General dialog, the AlayaCare ID, activity code and description are shown read-only. Save stores the changes; Cancel closes without saving.
OHRS
The tab shows the current values (read-only). Click Edit to open the OHRS dialog.

In the OHRS dialog, Save stores the changes; Cancel closes without saving.

Processing Overviews
This section describes what happens after you confirm a processing action.
Refresh from AlayaCare
- Signs in to AlayaCare. If sign-in fails, the refresh stops.
- Reads all activity codes from AlayaCare, showing a progress bar.
- Adds a record for each code not already in the list (code and description).
- For codes already in the list, updates the code and description only if they changed in AlayaCare. Premium and OHRS settings are kept.
- Reloads the list.
Export
- Requires at least one row in the filtered list.
- Builds an Excel workbook with one sheet, Activity Codes, with the columns AC Id, Code, Description, Premium Codes AC ID, Premium Code, Premium Qty, OHRS Entry Multiplier and OHRS Entry SA (Premium Codes AC ID shows 0 when no premium code is linked).
- Downloads the file, named activitycodes_{date and time}.xlsx, and shows "Exported Successfully".
