OHRS Statistical Accounts
Executive Summary
OHRS Statistical Accounts shows the OHRS (Ontario Healthcare Reporting Standards) statistical accounts held in the system, together with how many service codes, activity codes, premium codes, and status reason codes are mapped to each one. It is a reference and review screen: the accounts are loaded from the OHRS Master Template (see OHRS Provincial Sector Codes) and cannot be changed here. Opening an account shows its extensions and the codes that are tied to it, which helps administrators confirm that OHRS reporting is set up completely.
Key Features
- Browse all statistical accounts with their five segment-code columns plus a sixth segment
- See at a glance how many service, activity, premium, and status reason codes are mapped to each account
- Filter by code, description, and mapping status (mapped or unmapped)
- Open an account to review its extensions and the service codes, activity codes, premium codes, and status reason codes linked to it
Typical Workflow
- Use the filters (for example Filter Mapping Status = Unmapped) and click Apply Filter.
- Click the edit icon on a row (or right-click the row and choose Edit).
- Use the tabs to review the account's extensions and linked codes.
- Click Close.

Main Grid
The grid lists the statistical accounts, 14 rows per page. The first three columns stay in place when scrolling sideways.

| Mapped Service Codes | Number of service codes mapped to the account (blank when none). |
| Mapped Activity Codes | Number of activity codes mapped to the account (blank when none). |
| Mapped Premium Codes | Number of premium codes mapped to the account (blank when none). |
| Mapped Status Reason Codes | Number of status reason codes mapped to the account (blank when none). |
| Segment 1 to Segment 6 | Account segment codes. |
| Manage Records | Edit icon for the row. |
Main Grid Filters

| Filter Description | Show accounts whose description contains the text. |
| Filter Mapping Status | Mapped (at least one service, activity, premium, or status reason code), Unmapped (none), or All (default). |
Click Apply Filter to refresh the list. Use Clear Filter to reset filters.

Dialog Components
OHRS Statistical Account
Opens from the edit icon or the right-click Edit option. The Code and Description are shown at the top (read-only). The dialog is for review only; click Close to leave.

The Service Codes, Activity Codes, and Premium Codes tabs list the codes whose OHRS account begins with the same first three characters as this account (for example 710 for account 71010101), so they can include codes mapped to related accounts. The Status Reason Codes tab lists codes mapped to this exact account.
