Tags
Executive Summary
Tags is a setup screen for the tags held in AlayaCare. Administrators refresh the list from AlayaCare, then give each tag an integration type so other screens know how to use it: as a diet intolerance, or as a tag that drives collated document processing. Care-plan tags can also be set up for the PTI form. The list can be filtered and exported to Excel.

Typical Workflow
- Click Refresh from AlayaCare when tags have changed in AlayaCare.
- Use the filters if needed, then click Apply Filter.
- Click Edit on a row (or right-click the row and choose Edit).
- Choose a type under Select A Type and complete the options that appear for that type.
- Click Save.
- Click Export to save the list to Excel.

The following permissions are available to be assigned to AlayaCare Roles:

Main Grid
The grid lists the tags (14 rows per page). The first three columns stay in view when scrolling sideways.

| AC ID | AlayaCare tag identifier. |
| Code | Tag name in AlayaCare. |
| Entity | The type of AlayaCare record the tag applies to (for example care plan). |
| Integration Type | Blank, Diet Intolerance or Collated Documents. |
| Print Value | Text printed for the tag on the PTI form (care-plan tags only). |
| Diet Classification | Diet classification code, for Diet Intolerance tags. |
| Sequence | Sequence of the diet classification. |
| Is Active | Whether the tag is active in AlayaCare. |
| PTI Prof Services | Whether the tag is included on the PTI form under professional services. |
| PTI Incl Diagnosis | Whether the diagnosis is included on the PTI form. |
| Include Notes | Notes are included in collated documents. |
| Include LOA | LOA is included in collated documents. |
| Include Mileage Spreadsheet | The mileage spreadsheet is included in collated documents. |
| Manage Records | Contains the Edit button for the row. |
Main Grid Filters
| Filter | Purpose |

| Filter Code Includes | Limits the list to codes containing the text entered (not case-sensitive). |
| Entity | Multi-select of the entities present in the list. Shows only tags for the selected entities. |
| Filter Integration Type(s) | Multi-select of the integration types present in the list (a blank entry finds tags with no type). |
Click Apply Filter to refresh the list. Use Clear Filter to reset filters.
Actions

Dialog Components
Tag
Opens from Edit. Save stores your changes; Cancel (or the close icon) closes without saving. Which fields appear depends on the selected type and the tag's entity.

The fields under Collated Documents Processing Settings are cleared on save when the type is not Collated Documents.

Processing Overviews
This section describes what happens after you confirm a processing action.
Refresh from AlayaCare
- Signs in to AlayaCare. If sign-in fails, the refresh stops.
- Reads all tags from AlayaCare, showing a progress bar. Tags without a name are ignored.
- Adds a record for each tag not already in the list (code, entity, active flag), with a blank integration type.
- For tags already in the list, updates the code, entity and active flag only if one of them changed. Your integration type and other settings are kept.
- Reloads the list.
Export
- Requires at least one row in the filtered list.
- Builds an Excel workbook with one sheet, Tags, with a bold header row and the same columns as the grid (check boxes are shown as tick symbols), then downloads it as tags_{date and time}.xlsx and shows "Exported Successfully".
